Payments
☉ I accept payments due in USD via PayPal and due in PHP via Gcash
☉ However, When paying in PHP via Gcash please note that I round up to the nearest 10 cents (For example 2,355.08 PHP to 2, 355 PHP)☉ I will send you an invoice once the details have been finalized and agreed upon for payment.☉ Half of the payment must be sent in advance before I begin.☉ Full payment should be sent first before receiving the full unwatermarked illustration.☉ Prices listed are starting prices, they will increase depending on the complexity of the piece. This is negotiable before the start of the commission.
Cancellation and Refunds
☉ I have the right to refuse a commission.☉ Refunds are requested if I have not yet delivered my services or contacted you within 3 weeks.☉ Once I have started the commission, it cannot be canceled nor refunded.
Copyright and Usage Policy
I, the artist:☉ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned work☉ I will NOT further profit from the commission work unless you (the client) break any of the terms☉ I reserve the right to post the commissioned work online unless you (the client) decline it.
You, the client:☉You may not claim the work as your own.☉ The client cannot use my commission work for commercial purposes without my permission.☉ For commercial use, please inform me so I will be notified that it will be used to make a profit (either directly or indirectly).
☉ This includes but is not limited to: Physical Merchandise, promotional materials (online and printed)☉ The client can post my art freely on any social media platform WITH proper credit
Process
☉ I do full rendered pieces so it may take 3 weeks to 5 weeks max depending on the complexity of the piece. (I am still a student, please understand)☉ My work is usually done at 300 dpi around the size of 1900 x 1900px or lower to 1200 x 1200px. Sizes will vary on the commission type and subject detail.☉ References are always helpful. I can closer achieve the artwork you want from me if I am provided with references. I cannot work with descriptions alone.☉ I do not work on rushed commissions. A deadline of 1 week after the agreement is considered a rushed commission for me.☉ Artstyle will slightly change thru experimentation and improvement, I always updated the style I will offer in my commission info.
Revisions and Updates
☉ Upon receiving the sketch, it is advisable for you to ask for revisions before I start doing the lineart☉ You are allowed to ask for revisions up to 3 times during the sketch process. So please do revise properly.☉ Do not ask for major revisions after the lineart is done. (Such as changing the pose or changing more than half of the body)☉ I usually send updates every 5 days so if I have not updated, feel free to ask for a follow-up.☉ You will receive the illustration in a google drive folder (consisting of watermarked version, unwatermarked version and a commission use reminder)
